The concept behind this modern-style project is to provide a perfect decorating choice for those who appreciate simple, uncluttered spaces with clean lines and minimal embellishments. This aesthetic complements the open floor plans that are often associated with this style. A key feature of this design is the emphasis on natural light, which is essential in workspaces such as the kitchen where visibility is crucial. A room filled with natural light is always more welcoming than one that is artificially lit and feels enclosed. Our client particularly appreciated the skylight above the island kitchen, which helped to connect the kitchen space with natural sunlight and create a more inviting atmosphere.

Improving energy efficiency is essential in today’s world, and a great way to achieve this is through good exterior design. A well-designed exterior not only adds to the aesthetic appeal of your home but also increases its attractiveness from the outside. In our design, we have maintained the existing façade details while paring down the design to its essence. Conceptually, the structure is composed of two volumes that work together harmoniously. To meet the client’s needs, we also designed the landscapes and hardscapes with careful consideration, resulting in a fully cohesive and functional design.
