Being associated with Uniquescadd for 3.5 years is a truly marvellous dive to explore myself in the sales &marketing field. I have got the opportunity to work with top clients across the globe, utilize my skill, and compete in the market by learning new techniques and marketing domains. The management has always been supportive to sharpen the career, accomplishing the challenge and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
I Being from Architecture Discipline started my journey with uniquescadd in August 2021 as a seniors BIM modeler and rose to the current position as a Process owner i am able to explore new terminologies & process of current market trends gaining new skills sets through the help of team, management & Dedication towards my work. My strong communication and leadership skills enable me to effectively liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and delivering exceptional results. I would like to thank my team and management for their support and their valuable efforts to keep me motivated to achieve our overall goals and always keep trust in me to try, implement & learn new things for team growth & my self-empowerment.
It’s been only two years, but I feel I have been with Uniquescadd for quite a long time. Although I Was a new joiner, I was never treated like one; my ideas were always welcomed and appreciated. I got the chance to work on international projects, which helped me widen my horizon. I love being a part of such an incredible team.
I began my career as a Bim Modeler in August 2019 at Uniquescadd. I always knew I wanted to be a leader since I trained my first mentee. And Being a team leader has allowed me to teach and inspire others. That was only possible if you received the same response from your mentors. Since then, I’ve progressed in many ways. I see no reason to leave this organization as long as it continues to provide the same level of assistance it has always offered.
I began my career as a BIM modeler at Uniquescadd in September 2021 and hadn’t looked back. I’ve been exploring every possible aspect of my career here. I enjoy the way I have been given a free hand in working by my seniors. It truly helps me progress. Every day, I am thankful to be a member of this organization.
I always believe that “The journey is always more beautiful than the destination.” I started my journey with Uniquescadd from 2019 as a HR executive and decide to perform my best. Every day I got a chance to learn and improve myself. I would like to thank Management for all the support and mentorship throughout my journey and future as well. This journey leads to the Human Resources Manager designation and its pleasure for me to working with Uniquescadd and all the leaders.
