Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science,
Software Engineering, or a related field.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including BIM experts, project managers, and end-users, to gather requirements and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Design software solutions using Programming, aiming to streamline BIM workflows and enhance productivity.
- Develop new scripts, tools, and add-ins using Dynamo, automating repetitive tasks and reducing manual effort.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of developed solutions to ensure their reliability, efficiency, and compatibility with existing Revit software and systems.
- Collaborate with the development team to integrate the developed solutions into existing software platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and user-friendly interfaces.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Dynamo, as well as BIM technologies and standards, to continuously enhance and optimize developed solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team members and end-users on utilizing developed scripts and add-ins effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Software Architect or Developer, with a focus on developing solutions for automation and process improvement in the BIM domain.
- Strong programming skills and proficiency in Dynamo or Visual Programming languages (e.g., Dynamo Script, Python, C#).
- Familiarity with BIM software platforms and technologies (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) and their APIs.
- Experience in developing scripts, tools, or add-ins using Dynamo or Visual Programming for automating BIM workflows and tasks.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with version control systems and software development lifecycle processes.
