The project, situated in the North of the UK, involved collaborating with an architect specializing in commercial renovations to transform an old house into a modern retail space. The project’s main objective was to translate the architect’s design vision from PDFs into a detailed Revit model, alongside creating high-quality CGI renderings for a visual representation of the superstore. Challenges included the time-consuming process of creating CGI renderings and detailed construction drawings, requiring meticulous attention to detail. The project’s value addition was evident in the delivery of comprehensive 3D models, realistic CGI renderings, and detailed Fit Out and shop drawings with construction schedules. Despite the challenges, the BIM firm successfully showcased its commitment to quality, precision, and effective project management, meeting both client expectations and the project timeline through close collaboration with the construction team.
