JR. BIM Architect
Qualification : B.Arch. / Diploma in Architecture / related field in the AEC industry
Experience : 1-2 Years

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: B.Arch. / Diploma in Architecture / related field in the AEC industry
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Autodesk Revit
- Sound understanding of architectural modelling standards and BIM workflows
- Proficient in topography modelling and working with site-related elements
- Experience in working with central files and BIM 360 for team collaboration
- Knowledge of sheet setup, detailing, and annotation standards
- Familiarity with phases and design options in Revit
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality deliverables
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
- Understanding of AutoCAD Software
- Experience in international projects (US/UK/UAE/Australia/Canada) is advantage

AutoCAD Drafter
Qualification : Diploma or B. E in Civil Engineering
Experience : 06 Months - 2 Years

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education/ Qualification: Diploma or B. E in Civil Engineering
- Meeting with architects, designers, and engineers to discuss design ideas
- Extensive working knowledge of CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks, to be able to prepare technical drawings efficiently
- Developing model designs from scratch and presenting rough design drafts for client approval
- Strong attention to detail to ensure drawings are accurate according to specifications
- Generating CAD models using AutoCAD software
- Ability to analyze design sketches and specifications to create technical drawings
- Presenting various design perspectives for construction improvements and adaptations
- Knowledge of engineering practices and industry standards
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related degree
- Proven work experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman/Drafter
- Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD software
